Who is responsible

Intended audience

Oh My Romance is written and marketed for adults in the United States. Product and subscription links lead to the U.S. Amazon.com marketplace. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

What we collect

• Email address: when you subscribe, so we can send the Sunday note and process an unsubscribe request.
• Basic technical records: server logs and short-lived rate-limit data used to keep the site secure and reliable.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics measures page views, referral information, approximate location, device/browser details and interactions such as outbound Amazon clicks.

Amazon affiliate links

Our outbound Amazon links can include an Associates tracking tag. Once you follow a link, Amazon may use cookies or similar technology to attribute qualifying purchases and applies its own privacy notice. We do not receive your name, card number, shipping address or a copy of your Amazon order.

Who processes data

Our web host processes server data, our email provider delivers messages, and Amazon acts independently for activity on its sites.

This site uses necessary Laravel session and form-security cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure site use.
